Veri is looking to hire an Office Manager to help take care of daily operations. You'll work closely together with our Operations Lead and the rest of the team that works in the office to ensure that daily operations are managed smoothly. Your role is essential to support the company and the team, enabling a wonderful office environment and smoother processes.
You'll be an integral part of our Operations team, responsible for managing the office environment and the daily operations happening at Veri. You're passionate about people, nutrition, and have some credentials to back you.
This is a full-time or a part-time role and could be done e.g. in parallel to your studies.
You have experience in managing an office environment or supporting teams
You're a strong communicator and actively seek out how to support others in their work
You feel passionate about helping people, having conversations, and connecting with others
You agree that in work one should be optimizing for progress versus aiming for perfection. You've internalized and understood the power of the Pareto Principle
You're great at prioritization and you have the ability to say NO to things
You are a self-starter and you have a bias towards action and leading to progress
You're a keen believer in holistic and preventive healthcare. You agree that people should be in charge of their health given the right tools and information
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations)
You've been involved in high growth-technology-driven startup environments
Bonus if you have education in HR, Nutrition, Dietetics, Functional Medicine or similar
Daily operations at the office
Ordering equipment for team members and managing an inventory of the tech
Managing external contractors that do work with the office (e.g. cleaners, construction workers)
Scheduling and organizing small and medium-sized team events (e.g. after works and holiday events)
Managing and arranging delivery orders for the office

You'll chat with Amy who leads operations at Veri. The purpose is to give you a thorough overview of the current lay of the land. You'll get to ask questions and we'd also love to hear about your sweet spot and interests.
Chat with Anttoni (30 minutes)
You'll then talk with Anttoni on a 30-minute call; you won't need to prepare anything in advance. We would love to hear your story, where you're aiming to go, and understand if we can be helpful in that journey. The purpose is to understand how you would fit our team from a cultural standpoint.
3. Meeting the Crew (30 minutes)
Finally, we'll get some people from the team to one (virtual) room to touch base one last time before making a final decision. Usually, these discussions are more casual and getting a feel of how working together would feel like in the future.
