We are hiring a Content Specialist to create stellar content that helps educate our target market on topics like web accessibility, website experience, and content optimization. This includes conceptualizing and authoring both short and long form content, interviewing customers, crafting webinar concepts and slides, and developing whitepapers, case studies, and other pieces of collateral to drive education and awareness in our target markets.

The Content Specialist will report to Optimere’s VP of Marketing for Commercial and International Markets and will work hand-in-hand with the 8 (and growing) other members of the marketing team and inter-department colleagues to support their content needs. This role is to be based out of our Copenhagen or London office in a hybrid work model.

Our team consists of international colleagues who care about each other, knowledge sharing, having fun and helping out wherever it’s needed. You will never feel alone being part of our team, whether you prefer working from our Copenhagen or London office.

We’re excited to hire a Content Specialist who will be:

• Creating content for a wide variety of marketing materials for demand generation and sales enablement for distribution across different channels. This will include both long-form content for blog entries, e-books, datasheets, etc. as well as copy for the website, landing pages, ads, and more.

• Driving our content calendar and strategy including stakeholder management

• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels

Things we believe are meaningful for this role

• You have working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing, and the role content plays in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions

• You have experience researching, writing, and publishing stories or articles for publication

• You have excellent grammar, strong interviewing and editing skills, and an understanding of how to craft a compelling story

• You have an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

• You are a storyteller and you love the challenge of turning raw materials like interviews, presentations, and conversations into strong narratives that can be used for marketing purposes

• You love to create all types of content including blogs, articles, interviews, datasheets, whitepapers, web copy, case studies, presentations, infographics, videos, podcasts, and other media

• You are a passionate, talented, clear communicator, with exceptional writing and editing skills

• Experience working with content management systems (we use Joomla)
