Monsido - An Optimere Brand (Just Optimere moving forward) is looking for an ambitious and execution-oriented Revenue Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing Team. You’ll be based in either our Copenhagen or London office, and work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment working closely with marketing specialists, as well as the UK & Asia-Pacific (APAC) sales teams.
Your responsibilities will focus on driving demand generation efforts for the UK and APAC markets, including defining, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, webinars and events in these regions. Your goal is to increase marketing’s revenue impact across the customer lifecycle from generating qualified leads, to accelerating the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline, to increasing upsell and cross-promotion within the customer base.

We're excited to hire a Revenue Marketing Manager to:
Plan, coordinate, and execute omni-channel campaigns to build marketing programs and campaigns to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate qualified opportunities, and help increase sales conversion rates
Drive the coordination, planning and execution of webinars, virtual conferences and in-person events, as well as post-event evaluation
Identify new tactical marketing opportunities and drive the execution of these campaigns, e.g. account-based marketing, co-marketing partnerships and more
Create new and adapt global content and campaigns to support the specific-needs of the UK & Asia-Pacific marketings, including sales materials, case studies, upsell and cross-sell activities, and other strategic content to support sales activities
Own campaign success/ROI in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including MQLs, SQLs, sales pipeline and closes for the UK and Asia-Pacific markets
There is no ideal candidate, but it’d be great if:
You have 2+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar role
You have proven experience running marketing programs and omni-channel campaigns that result in real sales opportunities and pipeline
You’re passionate about marketing, relationship building, driving results, working with sales and thought-leaders, and yet, no task is beneath you
You are detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences that drive revenue momentum
You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
You are results-oriented and are not afraid to fail when identifying new growth opportunities
You're a great communicator, both written and verbal
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment engaging with different stakeholders
If you have experience with G Suite, CRM (SalesForce), Marketing Automation (Pardot) or Content Management System (Joomla) that would be a plus
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
