We are looking for a Business Development Representative to come join us to get rid of onboarding flows once and for all.
As our very first Business Development Representative you will:
Play a critical role in our Go-to-market efforts and will be working closely with the founders and rest of the sales team. If you are looking to accelerate your early sales career, this is an ideal opportunity for you, as you will join start-up from the very beginning, where you’ll get a chance to shape the BDR role, our product and have a big impact on the future of Complyteq.
You will:
Work closely with the founders to develop, implement and execute outreach strategies.
Develop a strong base of potential customers, by identifying new points of contacts within target businesses
Qualify inbound leads and nurture relationships with prospective customers by identifying customer objectives and pain points
Prospect leads through social media and outbound calls and coordinate presentations between qualified prospects and the sales team
Reach personal targets and company objectives, while forecasting and predicting your lead pipeline
Develop a strong base of potential customers, by identifying new points of contacts within target businesses
Stay on top of on industry news and trends
Who are we looking for?
Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills engaging with C-level executives
Is fully proficient in English
Experience with outbound sales is a plus (especially telemarketing)
Knowledge of the compliance industry is plus
The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
