The Technical Services Manager will play a key role in the fast-growing UBCO EMEA team. Working from our new Copenhagen office, you will contribute to UBCO’s mission across the region and help further accelerate our growth.

Overview

Technical Services Manager, EMEA assists in all aspects of operating the business of distribution of electric vehicles and accessories within EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead both the day-to-day operations of our warehousing, receiving, distribution and drive our future improvements by reviewing workflows and setting standards

  • Working daily with UBCO ERP system to manage all the stock and process receiving and shipping goods.

  • Process all product shipments, covering

    • Inbound/outbound freight at warehouse in Copenhagen area (3PL partner)

    • Final assembly and pre-delivery inspection (when required)

    • Export & transportation documents

    • Booking directly with freight companies

  • Supporting customers (resellers and UBCO riders in the region)

    • Troubleshooting issues for customers and dealers and liaising with other UBCO technical resources to find a resolution in a timely manner as possible.

    • Fixing / reconditioning parts as and where possible.

    • Providing required technical information and addressing any product issues

    • Issue support and warranty tickets and ship replacement parts

    • Assisting in expanding the servicing capability of the network in particular helping new dealers and service agents get up to speed.

  • Preparing bikes and other inventory for transportation and attending events/shows (depending on the need)

  • Driving efficiencies and improving current working processes as the company enters high-growth mode in Europe.
