As TechBBQ's new Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for helping to elevate our marketing efforts to the next level for the largest startup summit in Scandinavia! You will help with all marketing activities for TechBBQ 2022 and will be able to take ownership of all of your projects. This is a great opportunity if you want to become a versatile digital marketer and to get a big amount of responsibility.

Responsibilities: 

• Social media management - content creation, scheduling and planning

• Newsletter maintenance  

• Overseeing all of online and offline communication 

• Coordinating marketing efforts - communication with partners and other departments

• Online advertising (Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

• Helping to create online campaigns around ticket sales, TechBBQ events and other occasions 

Need to have: 

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn more about marketing and events

• Ability to work under pressure and be willing to work on different tasks

• An analytical mind and a metrics-driven approach

• An experimental growth mindset and always looking for challenges and new ways to improve 

• Team-oriented mindset

Nice to have: 

• Previous experience with Adobe package

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor

• Previous work experience or internship in marketing
