Head of Growth 

Hackyourcloset.com is looking for a head of growth. Have you ever worked with founders that like you are obsessed with tricks and hacks to grow a customer audience? 

The success of HYC is the result of a team who’s never been shy to be creative and try everything. 

We’re looking for a head of growth to join Hackyourcloset.com. You’ll be responsible for all acquisition channels of the company in Sweden and across active markets. 

Growth currently sits with our CEO. Initially you will be expected to be extremely hands-on in the growth of the company but eventually, you’ll be expected to grow your own team. 

We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years running growth in the consumers’ space. Proven track records in paid channels and growth hacking is not optional and will be the main focus during the initial interview.

• Recent experience using email marketing software and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite

• The ability to think deeply about marketing and brand strategy

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all content that is put out by the brand.

• Ensure consistency across all brand-related touchpoints.

• Solidify our brand identity, and become the gatekeeper of our brand.

• Liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.

• Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the customer base.

• Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns.

• Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring continual improvement using hard data.
