Hi, my name is Lina by the way, and I’m the People & Culture Lead here at Weld 👋 I joined the team just a few of months ago and already seeing how quickly we have grown (scaled from 8 to 35+ Welders in the past few months) is very exciting and also means that we need to add on some great talent and awesome people to the People & Culture team. We're going into a rapid growth phase, which means we need to both scale talent and make sure everyone gets the best experience possible at Weld.
The role
We’re so early in our journey that there’s an endless amount of ways to be creative here. But all in all, some of the things you’ll be doing from day one include:
Scaling our hiring efforts - building pipeline and actively sourcing for those who might not apply in the first place
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Interviewing candidates and being the first person to assess cultural fit
Working with our ATS tool Ashby and making sure everything is up to date
Taking on a People project that you want to dig deeper into – we’re talking employer branding, DE&I, feedback culture, remote-first experience, onboarding & offboarding experience or anything else you think we should dive into...)

Today, we are a team of 35+ people spread around the world (Canada, Germany, Spain, Ukraine and Denmark) – with our HQ in Copenhagen. We're generalists; each with our expertise and constantly picking up new challenges as well as giving a helping hand wherever needed. We're looking for people who are eager to learn and who are not afraid of building things end-to-end. We want to find curious people who can pick up a given problem and solve it. We want entrepreneurial minds to join us, who excel in the early stages of a fast-growing company.
