🍀 CTO to join fast growing Copenhagen-based start-up 🍀 

Since we launched Doubble, we’ve got more than 7000 unique users in less than 11 weeks. Our users love our concept and we’ve seen an engagement time that is 3x higher than Tinder. Now we’re closing a pre-seed round of 2.7 million DKK from Accelerace (early investor in Trustpilot and Donkey Republic), top-tier business-angels Nicolaj Højer Nielsen and Morten Wulff and serial-entrepreneur Thor Angelo

And that was on our first app version.  

Now we’re looking for a CTO to develop a killer product!

What we do: Substitute the awkward date with an eventful doubble date

Our concept is dead simple: You swipe to find Doubble dates

We all know that going on a date can be awkward and feel unsafe. That’s why on most dating apps, people never end up going from “match” to “meet”.

That’s why we have created a less awkward and more fun doubble date app:

You team up with your friends (you can have as many as you want)

When you and a person have liked each other and your friend and their friend have liked each other, you have a Doubble match.

Our mission is to make meeting new people less awkward and more safe for our generation.

We’re a young team based in Copenhagen, who besides working extremely hard also enjoy having fun. In development, we value quality, iteration and safety of our users data

Your responsibilities: Develop a killer product

-   Doubble is build using modern technologies, and was written from the ground up with scalability in mind and high test coverage and you will own our tech stack. We are willing to adapt our tech stack, so you will have power to make these changes if it makes the product better!

- Prioritize the road map together with our team and be responsible for executing the coding. Right now it will be 80% coding and 20% strategy, so you shouldn’t mind getting your hands dirty 

-   Optimizing our match making algorithm

- Performance and Dev Ops, while optimizing back-end infrastructure for scalability

-   Bug fixing and maintenance

-   Improve our UI and gamification features

Who you are: Experienced developer with entrepreneurial mind-set

-   3-5 years experience of full stack development. Preferably, from a scale-up and now you want to be the driving force on product development and ready to produce high-quality code   

-   If you’re in doubt, you test, iterate, and find a solution

-   Leadership skills: We’re growing rapidly and soon you’ll be hiring and leading our development team.

Main:

-   Flutter - iOS and Android only

-   Typescript, Node.js - Nest.js based  with Apollo GraphQL.

-   MongoDB
