Below is a summary of the role we are expecting to fill, and the goals you will be tasked with. We of course do not want you to do it all alone. You will also be tasked with building the team that can help you achieve the goals.
Responsibilities:
Employer branding:
Ensure that Neurons has a strong brand for potential employees -- work on the whole funnel (from brand awareness to lead generation)
Ensure presence and branding, plus association building
Secure high ratings on relevant employee platforms (e.g., Glassdoor)
Ensure that the internal language aligns with the company narrative
Headhunting process:
Defining the needs/roles for a position
Fully describe the roles, functions, needs
Ensure a good brand value for potential candidate (the call for applicant needs to be maximally appealing and relevant)
Vetting, qualifying, and sorting of candidates
Recruitment process:
Sort out most relevant candidates for interviews
Structure and optimize the interview process
Ensure that the interview process also works as a pre-onboarding experience
Set up meetings between relevant stakeholders/managers and candidates
Legal process (supported by finance and administration):
Own compliance aspects of hiring, including contract, salary, other aspects
Do a legal due diligence on the selected candidates
Ensure all signatures in a timely manner (NDAs, contracts, other)
Onboarding:
Work on ensuring all needed information is in place prior to first work day
Prepare the welcoming day to maximize welcoming experience
Plan a first day, week, and month with relevant stakeholders and
Prepare all information needed for the onboarding process
Ensure that new employees receive a full introduction to our culture and values and have all the necessary equipment to be successful from day one.
Employee satisfaction (supported by the office management and administration):
Ensure an optimal experience at every touch-point for all employees.
Build and maintain individual and generalized career plans
Select and implement learning systems for employee engagement
Run regular measures (qual, quant) to secure knowledge about satisfaction
Create initiatives to build satisfaction levels
Create KPIs for measuring and reporting satisfaction levels
Create action plans in the case of incidents or drops in satisfaction
Team building (supported by the office management and administration):
Prepare and run local ad hoc initiatives
Prepare and run regular local initiatives (e.g., gatherings for summer, Christmas, holidays, etc)
Prepare and run company contributions at regional, national, and international events (e.g., DHL stafet)
Coordinate group initiatives during fieldwork, conference attendance, and more, too boost team morale
Make sure that initiatives are spread across multiple domains -- ranging from regular parties to cultural initiatives (e.g., museum excursions)
Design and lead inspiring development and engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture which supports our mission and business objectives within departments as well as within the whole company.
Learning and People Growth: develop and implement high-impact solutions to develop the team and individual employees to their fullest potential.
Support Administration: take care of all employee and relevant HR documentation and processes within the company
Leadership participation: be an active member of the Neurons leadership team
Regular and ad hoc leadership meetings
Actively contribute to our Objectives and Key results (OKR) approach
