Players 1st is a sports tech company working in the Customer Experience field. We provide the leading customer experience solution for golf clubs in the world and have now expanded to other sports. We have over 2500 sports clubs spread across 20 countries.
During 2021 we have been fortunate enough to grow and expand into a lot of new exciting markets and 2022 is looking even better! During this growth, we have noticed the need for improving our onboarding and support solutions for our customers. This is where you come in!
So what is the job?
Create initiatives that can improve our current support universe
Create short video guides on how to use Players 1st
Update and improve our existing help desk articles hosted by Intercom.
You will not be answering support requests
About you
Located near Aarhus, as sometimes it's great to meet up, however, you can work from home the majority of the time
You are self-driven and up for the challenge of owning our static support universe
If you have experience in video editing it's a plus.
If you have an interest in Golf that is always a plus, but in no way required!
You're well written and spoken in English, as that is what 99% of the content will be. Bonus points If you're also able to write/speak in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish, Dutch or German.
The practical
Feel free to apply even if you don't fit our description 100%. You will be working closely with our product manager. The position is around 10-15 hours a week depending on workload and your schedule.
