We are looking for a Sales Ops Specialist to join our Growth team in Copenhagen. You’ll be working closely with the sales team and greater Growth team to support customer communication and sales processing. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong traction in the scale-up phase. We offer a steep learning curve and an ambitious and international work environment.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for managing our inbound sales correspondence, routing conversations to the appropriate function, preparing quotes, and overseeing ongoing communication with leads.

• You'll nurture your own inbound sales pipeline, including following up on un-engaged leads, up-selling when appropriate, and reporting in Hubspot.

• You'll be responsible for sales-related administrative tasks, including vendor setup, providing supplemental documentation, sorting pro forma invoices, providing purchase support, and issuing vouchers.

• You'll be spending much of your time working in Hubspot and Shopify, conducting data entry and ensuring dashboards are updated and best practices are followed.

• Respond to customer enquiries, customer accounts and other related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum BA degree in business, marketing, communication, or relevant.

• A structured, analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with fluency in English.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

• Ability to interpret revenue and sales metrics.

• A sales mindset. You're motivated to close deals.

• It’s a plus if you're actively interested in animation, VFX, gaming, online-media, or similar.
