The Position

Are you looking to gain experience in a rapidly growing, VC-backed, FinTech start-up? As a Customer Success Analyst Intern, your focus will lie in helping ecommerce businesses accelerate their growth through MXNEY's funding and analytical support.

Our mission is to be strategic growth support to our customers. We help them analyze their challenges and opportunities, provide them with the right network, and support them in their journey to grow their businesses.

The position is a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.

We are funding Ecommerce entrepreneurs without taking equity.

Ecommerce is booming. However, many entrepreneurs are still faced with two fundamental challenges – Accessing capital and strategically investing into growth. MXNEY uses live data and insights to solve these challenges and provide ecommerce businesses with the ability and confidence to spend for growth.

We are a venture capital backed startup that is passionate about helping ecommerce entrepreneurs succeed. You'll be joining a fast-paced and collaborative team that is facing many exciting opportunities as we scale our business.

What will you do?

As a Customer Success Analyst Intern, you will holistically analyze existing customers' business performance, ranging from marketing channel efficiency to website performance or customer segmentation and synthesize your findings for our customers.

On a daily basis, you can expect to: ‍

• Work on the support side of our operations by analyzing customer-related data.

• Compile your findings in a concise report.

• You may contribute to and participate in the customer and internal team meetings

Why you?

• You are currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative or business-related field – i.e., Finance, Business Administration. Economics, Maths, Engineering

• You are ambitious, self-motivated and a born problem-solver.
