Part time/ Student Worker - Conversion/Product Growth Hacking 

DDonkey Republic is looking for a student worker or part timer to assist in growth hacking with a focus on the conversion and retention of our product. 

We are on a mission to make cities more liveable, one bike ride at a time. We are 14,000 bicycles large in 70 towns across Europe, small and large, having served +1 million customers - which we call Riders. Our aim is to bring a convenient and affordable bike share to all cities around the world.

What you will work with 

You will be part of the growth side of the marketing team which will focus on experimentation and optimization within the user journey. This means you will be constantly researching, innovating and analyzing data for the different experiments that you are helping to implement. The focus for you will be on the product side of the customer experience. This means looking at why people are downloading our app, what the different segments within the app are. How can we upsell and increase conversion rates, test pricing, use automation and more. 

What is most important for this position is a strong drive to innovate. To think outside the box and always have the mindset that we can do it better.
