We are currently growing our business a lot, resulting in a need to keep track of many projects and make sure that information reaches those who need it.
To help our chief business officer and sales team, we’re looking for someone to ensure that the multi-location sales team has the right materials and collateral, that questions find answers, that sales processes are clear, and that client projects are run smoothly and with good communication to clients.
Who are we? We are a fast-growing, well-funded company with about 40 people spread across our four offices in Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Belgrade and New York. We create intuitive marketing tools for the live entertainment industry by connecting venues and stadiums with their data. Our SaaS product offers a mix of data science, customer profiling and segmentation tools, helping our clients effectively market their events.

We are looking for the following qualifications:
You are fluent in and can demonstrate excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking. Preferably native level
You are a natural project coordinator and great at getting things done
You enjoy improving processes, tools and making sure that things are easy to find and understand
You thrive handling many different types of projects and tasks and working in different contexts
You have a natural flair for communicating clearly, both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners
You love to be a part of a team, you make others better, but you are also independent
You are a positive, engaged person and is someone others can rely on
A Bachelor degree is preferred but not a requirement
Knowledge of the live entertainment industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
What does your new job look like?
You are a part of a highly engaged international team. You will work from our office at the Camp, a great place to work when you are not working from home. You will work closely with our Chief Business Officer, (Martin Gammeltoft) to whom you will report as well as with other members of the team, our clients and partners.
