To fuel our great endeavours, we are looking for a Product Manager who’s experienced in growing consumer-facing apps and web-experiences. If you have a great understanding of consumer business, and a love for data and delighting users, this one’s for you.

The role

You’ll be leading a cross-functional team working on touch-points in the entire customer-journey, striving to deliver results. This includes managing processes efficiently while identifying areas of improvement, developing a strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders across the company, and building and prioritising OKRs for your squad, alongside department heads and other squad leads. 

This is both a strategic and tactical role, in which you’ll work closely with designers and engineers in your squad and other squad leads across the company. You'll work on the entire customer journey: from new user acquisition all the way through customer retention and expansion. You’ll own your team’s results—this position comes with a great deal of autonomy and accountability.

What you’ll do

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market, and technology environment

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to form hypotheses and uncover opportunities for growth and experimentation

• Own the delivery of ideas from inception to launch and measure the impact of each against key product metrics and business outcomes

• Provide business context and feedback to the team to steer product development decisions forward

• Motivate and inspire your team, as well as the various stakeholders in the company, to reach our objectives.

• Capture insights from growth experiment successes and failures and communicate them to the broader team

• Help build operational processes around our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams that enable us to move fast and collaborate effectively.

• Work close with Marketing, Sales, & Customer Success in growing our business.

Key qualifications

• 4+ years of growth and/or product management experience (FinTech experience is a big plus)

• High-level understanding of performance marketing

• Experience in the use of metrics to drive decision-making and process change

• Experience working well with a wide group of stakeholders and can carry key context "across rooms".

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively organize and convey your thoughts and ideas

• Can work from our offices in Copenhagen

• Preferably experience from working in a startup and/or scale-up

• Preferably speaks Danish
