We are growing our sales team and focusing on commercialization - and this requires even more resources to research and qualify opportunities for our sales staff! In a newly created position as Sales Developer, you will have the opportunity to help grow the business with the existing sales team and be a part of a true scale-up journey. YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will have a busy day as a part of the sales team with lots of conversations with target customers and other stakeholders, which will help you gather information about upcoming projects and opportunities. The main goal is to help us plan and structure our sales pipeline so our sales representatives are as efficient as possible. On a daily basis you will:
Discover and qualify leads that match their needs and our offerings
Cold call potential customers and projects
Book meetings, trials, and demos with potential customers
Research and enrich our knowledge of the market and relevant opportunities.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Outgoing and a go-getter
Analytical and structured
Strong communication and writing skills
Excellent communication skills in English (it is a + if you speak Norwegian or other languages)
Experience within outbound activities
Experience from a startup is a plus - but not required
YOU AS A PERSON
Your educational background is not essential; The most essential is your passion for customers and sales and that you enjoy seeing the fruits of your labor grow. We imagine you are studying business, engineering, or similar and love talking to people. You might even have experience from an outbound sales function, however, the industry is not important. Since Maturix has customers in more than 30 countries, language ability is a plus - and Danish is not required.
You are good at keeping yourself and the people around you focused and motivated towards their goals. You are motivated by hunting for the next opportunity - and not least making a difference.

PRACTICALITIES
Working hours 10-20 hours/week at above-market salary from our offices in Odense

We develop and sell wireless sensors for the construction industry on an international scale - and work with some of the largest companies in the world.
The company was founded in 2014, started by university students, and we now have 18 full-time employees and several part-time workers.
