As a part of our team expansion, we are searching for a Supply Side Sales Representative to build our supply side sales team long-term.
About the Position
Your main responsibility will be customer acquisition of FMCG suppliers (medium to large D2C brands, retailers etc.) including strategic sales towards FBA aggregators, 3PLs, and other partners. As we are in a growth phase, you will be asked to cover several tasks and projects, including strategy, sales, lead generation, support and account management. The position will require you to adapt quickly and solve challenges on the go. You need to be able to work strategically long term with larger partners as well as assisting the smaller suppliers.
Key Tasks
Identify and research potential suppliers and strategic partners.
Creation and execution of sales strategies (inbound and outbound)
Customer acquisition - through both physical and digital meetings
Screening of suppliers
Onboarding and support
Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships
We´re looking for someone with
3-5 years of work experience (within B2B Software Sales, management consulting, and/or eCommerce or related fields)
Fluent in English and one other Scandinavian language, both written and oral
Self starter
Service minded
Problem solver
High level of structure and great communication skills
Experience with digital sales processes and sales enablement tools
Nice to have´s
Experience from other start-ups and/or fast growing tech companies

Outshifter is: The GraphQL API for product information access.
What Outshifter does: Outshifter synchronises and aggregates product data (stock, SKU`s, pricing, variations etc) from the suppliers eCommerce systems (like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc). The information / data is standardized and made available for third parties through our GraphQL API documentation.
Value: Outshifter enables suppliers to standardise product information so they can easily give access to third parties, scale online distribution and increase revenues. Thereby simplifying and democratising access to product information for any online surface wanting to engage in eCommerce, in order to add value to their users and increase revenues.
