The Open Position:

Influencer Marketing Assistant – US & Germany

We are looking for an ambitious & fast-learning marketeer to join our Global Influencer Marketing Team to manage all influencer activities in the US and Germany.

In this role, you will be working cross-functionally to help us deliver a localised influencer marketing strategy for our key markets - US and Germany. You will mainly be responsible for recruiting and communicating with German and English speaking influencers on Social Media. Thus, we are looking for someone that speaks perfectly fluent German & English. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for 37 hours per week.

Besides being a vital part in the communication & coordination with influencers, you will also work with various tools for influencer recruitment, sales and performance tracking, as well as data analysis and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reaching out / negotiating / building partnerships with Digital Influencers for brand awareness (e.g. YouTube, Blog, Instagram, and Talent Agencies)

• Analysing and reporting influencers' performance using Google Analytics

• Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the US & DACH websites

• Developing strategies for new customer acquisition, as well as broadening brand reach and brand awareness

The Candidate:

• Ambitious, result-oriented, fast learner, data driven

• Know the social media and fashion trends very well

• Keen eye for quality and detail for content creation

• Full business proficiency in English and German

• Proficiency in Excel & Google sheet is an advantage

• Experience in Google Analytics, Shopify, Ahrefs, Dovetale, or Copper is an advantage
