The work as Development Team Lead at Min Doktor

In your role as Development Team Lead, you coach the development team and ensure that the work is constantly driven forward towards the set goals. The Development Team Lead will report to the Director of Engineering, and the position is based at our head office in Malmö and we work remotely.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coach your agile development team in continuous improvement, technical excellence, and team dynamics.

• Work in close collaboration with your product owner together with your team and make sure that the team consistently prioritizes the right things and delivers. 

• Build and lead a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development.

• Continuously improve the development process together with your peers and the engineering teams at Min Doktor.

• Be an active part of the development management team. 

• Leveraging your background in software development to actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions.

Who are you?

You are a software engineer with several years of work experience with similar tasks and have worked with the latest technologies within cloud, web and mobile development. It is natural for you to take responsibility for your actions, you are creative, curious, take initiatives and listen to your colleagues at the same time as you lead them in a natural way. We see you as a hands-on leader with technical depth in cloud, web and/or mobile development. 

Previous experience working in digital care is meritorious.

• You are knowledgeable and passionate about software development.

• Are a curious person keeping yourself up to date with the latest trends.

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field.

• Love to learn and share knowledge and encourage others to do so as well.
