Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

• Ownership and optimization of digital marketing budget to drive paid search, paid social and technical SEO.

• Monitor, test and optimize campaign content and effectiveness, ROI on paid campaigns, and search engine optimization.

• Work data-driven and ensure that we through a deep understanding of our users and customers come out relevant and effective in order to create loyalty and optimize CLV.

• Proactively participate in the work of further development of HEIMDALL’S digital channels and platforms - including our webshop, new online functionalities and UX

Who are you?

• Relevant experience in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, campaign optimization and lead generation.

• An expert in Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager, as well as experience with various digital optimization tools.

• You are analytical, data driven and have hands-on experience with Google Analytics. If you also have experience with Google Tag Manager, that's an added plus.

• Hands-on experience working on CMS platforms is a requirement.

• Experience in E-commerce, Marketing Automation and CDP systems will be an added plus

• Passionate about digital marketing and follows the latest trends, tools and technologies.

• You are both technical, proactive, innovative, solution-oriented and have a great personal drive.

• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.

• BSc or MSc in IT, Marketing, Communication or other relevant education.

HEIMDALL’S is an omni-channel hearing aid chain with a focus on digitization and with ambitions to change the hearing aid industry as we know it. Our office is located in Søborg, where we also have a clinic, in addition to the other two clinics in Odense and Aarhus. Here you will be part of a growing team at the address in Søborg, where we have recently moved to a new office. Here you will have a central role in the further development and scaling of the business. You will therefore work closely with both consultants, the rest of the team and the two founders.
