As Business Process Consultant, you will play a key role in our overarching purpose of creating exceptional user experiences and reducing waste – in the broadest sense of the word. You will work with new technologies to optimize and automate business processes. The position is within our department of Strategy, Projects & Analytics, so you will be teaming up with other exceptional talents.

Your primary responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize process optimization initiatives across Mover’s teams, services, and customers
Initiate and lead projects to optimize and illustrate scalable business processes and workflows through build-measure-learn and plan-do-check-act approaches
Orchestrate contributions from stakeholders across organizational levels and subject matter expertise
Build business cases and present insights for strategic and tactical decisions
Define, describe, and test new business processes and workflows.
We are searching for a candidate with 2-3 years of professional experience from documenting and optimizing business processes. Preferably with experience from BI- and automation technology.
As a subject matter expert, you take responsibility and work independently to challenge status quo. You can manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously while keeping up with deadlines and expectations.
We don't expect you to be the answer to everything, but you must tick several of the following:
2-3 years of professional experience from process optimization and preferably automation
Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and projects
Good at conveying complexity in a simple and understandable way verbally, in writing, and through visualization
Strong analytical and standardization framework
Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation is an advantage
You’re a team player with a sound sense of humor
Since our customers and colleagues are from all over the world, you communicate professionally in English
Your level of education is not as important as your history of exceptional achievements in life or in business.
