Our goal is to completely automate the renewals of all IP rights. We believe that automating the renewal process of IP rights will save at least 6 billion USD per year and a significant time and effort for small and innovative companies around the world. Your Characteristics:

• Are fluent in written and verbal English.

• Proficient in the use of various software packages including MS Word, Excel, Gmail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and learn quickly.

• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and have a sense of urgency in completing tasks.

• Must be able to develop and retain an understanding of annuity products, IP policies, and procedures, and patent specific forms and their uses.

• You must be confident in owning highly complex tasks, yet have no problem also doing the most trivial tasks

• A team player and a great communicator.

• Are ambitious, disciplined, and enthusiastic and have a curious and creative mind.

Your role will entail:

• Further improve the administrative side of our international growth.

• Be in charge of the monthly partner invoicing, including crediting and billing invoices.

• Perform other monthly recurring tasks within accounts payable and receivable.

• Closely cooperate with responsible departments (i.e. sales and operations) to automate and improve workflows as well as software performance.

• Further improve our standards for communicating with clients.

• Accurately input data updates including beneficiary changes, and other related regular maintenance changes as received and directed.

• Cross-check work for accuracy of internal administrative processes.
