Head of International Sales | MessyWeekend Copenhagen
We are looking for a passionate Head of International Sales who wants to be a part of one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in Denmark, in an organization with a focus on growth, creativity, and ambition.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Head of International Sales for MessyWeekend Copenhagen, who wants to work with strengthening our wholesale footprint in key markets across the globe while representing our brand values. Ideally, you have a track record of working with global wholesaling in fashion and forming strong relationships with agents, distributors as well as senior management, and buying directors of key retailers. Further, experience in product and merchandising in accessories/fashion is appreciated.
Your tasks will be:
You will work towards achieving our international wholesale business plan, driving revenue growth, brand recognition, and awareness in existing and new global markets. You will manage the execution and development of our strategy alongside the COO and CEO. Specifically, you will:
Define, implement and execute the global and regional sales strategy on a regular basis alongside senior management
Source, negotiate, and manage wholesale driven distributors and agents as well as special projects, collaborations, or shop-in-shop opportunities with key clients
Lead campaign forecasting, pushing, and analyzing (pre and post) in our key retail markets globally in coordination with our partners
Directly manage and build sales with the brand's key accounts
Coordinate and participate in product development, POS development, brand activities across international markets in collaboration with our Creative Team
Accurately forecast future sales and sales campaigns to maintain stock-levels
Qualifications:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience working with sales in fashion globally
Excellent communication skills as well as ability to work in a structured way using project management tools
The position is full-time and based out of our Copenhagen Office
