Outcome for the next 12 months

• Take full ownership of Proper’s CRM (Hubspot)

• Identify gaps in our current automations within Hubspot + Zapier, iterate and improve the current setup.

• Create scalable and standardised internal processes to support the success of our sales team by effectively and efficiently managing the pipeline

• Own sales analytics and use data to fuel strategic decisions and recommendations

• Qualify our leads and determine which members of our sales team to utilize and when to do so.

• Partner with our growth marketing team to create and coordinate marketing communication to our potential customers

• Everything needed to implement and maintain sales processes - tasks, deals, rebooking meetings, handover to Onboarding, etc.

Competencies

We are firm believers that past experience does not determine future success. We also recognise that getting to know you, your beliefs and traits is far more valuable than what is on your CV. So whilst the below are some broad competencies we look for, we also recognise that people are complex and never fit into predetermined categories

• Experience in a relevant field (business development, sales, or sales operations) working within a B2B Sales environment.

• Past track record of implementing well defined and clear sales ops processes

• Demonstrated project management experience and a track record for leveraging data for business impact

• Analytical thinker with a problem solving mindset.

• Experience working with CRM systems and automation tools
