Business Development Manager, Sales

WSG is looking for a Business Development Manager with focus on Sales who is ready to join our highly motivated sales team. The Business Development Managers main responsibilities is to build and manage the relationships with our key partners in the industry and manage the B2B sales funnel, to set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth and actively reach out to new and current clients to develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of partners.

You are located in Stockholm or Berlin


What you'll do

  • Build relationships with key clients and industry players

  • Build and manage a solid funnel of B2B clients

  • Investigate markets and regions for business opportunities

  • Work on Sales strategies

  • Develop our offers with the team

  • As a senior sales manager, coach/support the junior team members to boost their skills in sales

  • New partnerships/collaborations

  • Support strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the COO


Who are you

  • Sales experience - a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals.

  • Communication skills - well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Organizational skills - be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines.

  • Time-management skills - understand how to prioritize your time.

  • Technical and computer skills: - technical proficiency and computer skills. Familiarity with commonly used digital tools, e.g. CRM applications, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs). 

  • Drive and self-motivation - goal-oriented and commission-driven.
