We’re looking for an intern in Digital Marketing who helps us build and execute our digital marketing strategy and creates valuable relationships to different stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities
Plan, create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest based on the latest trends and the use of keyword-optimized texts
Engage with our community in an authentic way on social media
Improve and set up email newsletter automations
Source and contact relevant influencers, athletes and partners in the Nordics and Germany
Source relevant media and online publishers for PR purposes
Source and contact online magazines in the fitness and/or sustainability space for potential collaborations
Support with improvement of search engine optimization (SEO)
Work with analytics tools to improve activities over time (e.g. Google Analytics, Social media analytics)
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply them in your work
Since we’re a start-up in a fast moving and changing environment which only recently launched and with a very small team, there might be additional responsibilities coming up as well.
Desired skills
You have a creative and entrepreneurial approach, love to learn, and have a positive and solution-oriented “can do” attitude when faced with challenges.
You are very passionate about social media (have worked with it previously and/or use it yourself very passionately) and love building relationships.
Previous experience in creating high engagement social media content, preferably in a D2C (direct to consumer) context.
You have a great visual eye and can create content in line with the brand identity.
You are detail-oriented and know that this is key for a strong coherent brand identity.
Experience with editing images and videos, and using Photoshop and/or Lightroom.
Experience with email marketing tools such as Active Campaign or similar.
Knowledge, and preferably experience in SEO.
You burn for an active lifestyle and nature and sustainability are close to your heart, and you can identify well with the company’s mission.
Knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Required skills
Fluent in English. Swedish, Finnish and German are a big plus.
Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills while staying on brand, and the ability to write keyword-optimized texts.
Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Youtube is a plus.
Ability to find new and creative ways of effective communication, and having a creative eye for the visual appeal of the brand identity that matches the target audience.
You are a great relationship builder and can write appealing messages that make people curious and respond.
You love to contribute, are a team player, and take responsibility for your tasks.
Getting first-hand experience in developing and growing an activewear brand with a strong purpose and commitment to sustainability.

Time commitment
We believe results are more important than sticking to set hours. We assume an average weekly time commitment of 15 hours for this role, and if your time allows and you’d like to, we are also happy to have you work more hours or full time for this role.
Start date and duration
Preferably January 10th for a minimum of three months, preferably six to 12 months. We’re looking to keep great people with the right skills, and we’re happy to evaluate possible forms of employment after the end of this internship together with you.
