We are currently active in +10 markets all over the world, but we are determined to grow even further, which is why we are looking for a HR & Recruitment Manager who can be responsible for the important objective of recruiting the right people at the right time, ensuring the ideal working conditions for all our great employees and making sure that our way of organizing inspires synergies and collaboration across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

You will own the recruitment process from A-Z

You will shape and own our onboarding and offboarding process

You will be the go-to person for HR-related questions with support from our bookkeeper and lawyer

You will seek out productive partnerships and stay on top of relevant stakeholders

You will be essential in shaping our way of organizing as Copyright Agent grows and evolves

You will take part in our Employer Branding efforts
