Your mission at Esgaia
Customer Success is the absolute foundation of our growth and overall future success. In this role, you are responsible for making sure our clients achieve their goals using Esgaia. You will work closely with the whole Esgaia team.
Your key responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients
Develop relationships with clients and collaborate closely with our internal teams
Educate our clients on best practices and how to best utilize all features
Work together with business development team on up-sales
Communicate market development with marketing and product team
Network and attend relevant industry events
Help drive customer references and case studies

The role will suit a self-starter who is willing to learn and is driven by interacting with others. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel:
A good understanding of the ESG/Climate market and how ESG/Climate factors impact the investment process
Good communication skills
A team builder and player with emotional and professional maturity
Oral and written fluency in English is required
University Degree or equivalent
