Your role as technical Customer Onboarding Specialist!
We are looking for a technical Customer Onboarding Specialist, Spanish and French speaking for our Spanish and French speaking market 🚀
Your title will be Customer Onboarding Specialist - but we need someone who can run several projects and has coding skills (ideally). Primarily, HTML and CSS among others.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clerk.io you are responsible for successfully onboarding all customers who have signed a contract, customers in trial, and re-onboarding of customers that buy additional products. You will be responsible for the onboarding process and securing all new customers to get the best experience with Clerk.io. You will be responsible for the onboarding journey, making sure the customers are satisfied and use our product to its full value.
About the job and your responsibilities:
Project Management of your own clients who needs to be onboarded or re-boarded.
Product Management of multiple ongoing projects which will be on different stages in the process.
Work side by side with the customer to understand and meet their needs.
Interact with stakeholders at all levels -both internally and externally.
Facilitate technical discussions in the onboarding process for new customers
Install, configure and troubleshoot Clerk.io products in production, test and development environments.
Code technology solutions to customers for integrations, product extension and enhancements (Don't let this scare you - we will teach you the skills as long as you are eager to learn 😉).
Drive onboarding improvements with Head of Onboarding.
Qualifications and personal skills:
Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
Experience working directly with customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements.
Great with running several projects at the same time.
It is a great advantage if you have experience with developing technical solutions with technologies including HTML and CSS.
Presentation skills and ability to adapt to the audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and French. It is a big plus if you are also native speaking in another language besides Spanish and French.
