Who is Cuttles?

We are a fast-growing SaaS business that helps dreamers and entrepreneurs develop ideas and build startups. We’ve built an app that guides people through all the steps of pitching, business planning, budgeting, financial forecasts and more. So we’re a startup helping startups - a meta startup if you will 🤓

We launched last year and have more than 23.000 users and 1.200 paying subscribers from 150 different countries, so while we’re still at the very beginning of our journey, things are moving fast.

At Cuttles, you will work in a challenging and ever-changing environment, which physically is placed in our beautiful space at Frederiksborggade, just by Nørreport, in Copenhagen. We are going through a merger at the moment and are 4 employees at our Danish office and 7 remote employees around Europe, but primarily Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll be working in our Danish office and primarily as a Digital Product Assistant to the CEO and Founder, Christian Nicolai Thiesen - a multidisciplinary designer, marketer and full-stack developer with a track record of entrepreneurship.

Your primary tasks at Cuttles would involve content and product management. You’ll also be the CEO’s digital assistant and be involved directly in all aspects of the business (product development, marketing, administration) - so tasks can literally be anything 😅

We’ll ensure you’re fed and provide you with a new Macbook Air with all the necessary applications to perform your tasks. And of course, you’ll get your very own desk and a comfortable chair where you can enjoy a nice cup of joe.

Tasks at Cuttles

• Write and manage content for our app, website, startup academy and ensure that is it accurate and engaging. We use HubSpot and Contentful.

• Support our merger process and help combine two very different products into one.

• Assist in setting up marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through e-mail, content, and social channels. (Hubspot).

• Administrative stuff that could be anything from organising our Google Drive, Notion, or generating reports and presentations, or setting up for meetings, and ordering office supplies

• Help set up our Figma design and Miro files.

• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research.

• Ad hoc tasks and many more varied digital tasks...

Qualifications:

• You must be a go-getter and a quick learner. Don’t expect you to know everything, but do expect you to be eager to learn.

• You are independent and responsible.

• Digital product experience in one form or another.

• Have a all-round flair for business as well as curiosity and ambition for entrepreneurship.

• You have a clear idea of how good products and user experiences look.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to stay at least 8 weeks in an internship role, preferably longer.

Start date: ASAP (December preferably).
