RÅHANDEL

Råhandel er en online b2b markedsplads for fødevarer, som profilerer sig på kvalitet, bæredygtighed og/eller innovation. Vi er et alternativ til den traditionelle fødevarehandel via grossisterne, bl.a. fordi leverandørerne kender deres købere og selv bestemmer deres sortiment og priser mod dem, når de sætter deres varer til salg på Råhandel.


STILLINGSBESKRIVELSE

Som direktør for kategori vil du arbejde med at fastlægge vores kategoristrategi, opsøge og lukke aftaler med strategisk vigtige leverandører samt sørge for aktivering af deres produkter (f.eks. kampagner). Vores spidskompetence på købersiden er kædeløsninger for f.eks. kantine- og supermarkedskæder, så en del af dit arbejde vil være at understøtte kædernes indkøbere med sortimentsstyring, samt at præsentere nye leverandører for dem i samarbejde med vores salgsteam.

I modsætning til en traditionel stilling som kategoridirektør / indkøbsdirektør / kategorichef / indkøber, vil kun en lille del af tid gå med kontraktforhandling, idet vi har gennemsigtige ens vilkår for alle.


Dine arbejdsopgaver vil hovedsageligt være: 

  • Direktionsopgaver: Du vil indgå i Råhandels ledergruppe, og du forventes at deltage meget aktivt i udviklingen af den samlede forretning og indfrielsen af vores ambitiøse målsætninger.

  • Kategoristrategi: Formulering af en kategoristrategi i samarbejde med direktionen, som understøtter Råhandels langsigtede mål.

  • Kategoristyring: Planlægning af kampagner, promovering og lanceringer i samarbejde med leverandører, salgs-, og kommunikationsafdelingen.

  • Kategoriudvikling: Identificere nye leverandører og muligheder i henhold til strategien samt at onboarde dem til platformen.

  • Deltagelse til arrangementer og messer: Vi er løbende med i messer og arrangementer, hvor du også skal deltage og repræsentere Råhandel.

In this role, you'll get a lot of responsibility and freedom to shape our supplier strategy in an ambitious startup.


RÅHANDEL

Råhandel is an online b2b marketplace for food products branded within quality, sustainability or innovation. We provide an alternative to the wholesalers where suppliers know their buyers and are in control of their own assortment and prices.


YOUR ROLE

As category director, you will work on developing our category strategy, seek out and source strategically important suppliers and ensure the activation of their products. We specialise in solutions for chains within retail and foodservice, so part of your time will be dedicated to assisting their procurers in creating a relevant assortment and presenting them with new suppliers in collaboration with our sales team.

Unlike a traditional position as category director / procurement director / procurer etc., only a small portion of your time will be allocated to contract negotiations since our terms are transparent and equal for all.


You will mainly be working with: 

  • Executive tasks: You will become part of Råhandels executive group, where you will actively participate in the development of the company, making sure that we reach our ambitious goals.

  • Category strategy: Developing a category strategy that supports our long-term goals, in collaboration with the executive team.

  • Category management: Planning campaigns, promotions and launches in collaboration with our suppliers , sales- and communicationsteam.

  • Category development: Find and onboard new suppliers and identify strategic opportunities.

  • Participation at events and fares: We often attend a great variety of fares and events, and expect you to participate and represent Råhandel, where relevant.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

You'll be perfect for the role if you: 

  • are a foodie!

  • feel motivated by creating a more transparent and sustainable food system

  • have experience working with category management and -strategy

  • are en energetic person

  • have a structured, analytical and datadriven approach to your work, and are able to make decisions based on that

  • are fluent in english (written and verbal). Danish is not necessary, but appreciated.

  • feel excited about and comfortable with disrupting the classic way of doing things


We consider it an advantage if you:

  • have a large network within the industry

  • are somewhat tech-savvy since we are a food tech company

  • have experience using Hubspot
