Pleaz helps workplaces all over the world encourage wellbeing. We do this through our digital platform, where we offer video-guided fun, mindful and active breaks. All videos are based on science and tailored to improve employees' physical, mental and social wellbeing. Your role

We have been growing steadily since our launch in 2020, and are now looking for a next-gen CPO, who set and coordinate the next phase for the platform. 

In the newly established position as Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for creating the process around building a native platform. You will be working closely together with our tech team, customers succes and two of the Founders. 

In the product department, you will be adding value by knowing your UX and design, but also how to lead both Founders, developers, and designers in the right direction.

What you will be doing

As the Chief Product Officer, you can expect responsibilities regarding the overall product development and UX design:

• create a baseline of engagement data from the end-user and help us pin-point the blind spots

• secure a structured process for building a new native platform

• coordinate with and involve internal and external stakeholders

• integrate our brand identity into the user experience

• establish a strategy for UX design that can help the transformation from an old to a new platform

We are looking for someone who

• has participated in the building and scaling a B2B SaaS product before;

• excels in B2B software and user-complexity;

• enjoys developing and executing new processes;

• is visionary and bold regards to design

• is fluent in English (spoken and written)
