TripDoodler is an early stage Travel Tech startup with a clear impact agenda and a vision to make travel sustainable. We are looking for a CPO Co-founder who wants to join us and make our vision come to live in a – by travelers for travelers – community globally.


As CPO, you will have the autonomy to drive product strategy, road-mapping, and execution across the organization. You will create and empower a professional product management discipline and set a cross-company product management process.

  • The first b2b agreements signed for both user acquisition and revenue

  • A clear product strategy and road map for launch of minimum lovable product early 2022.


Your role

  • Turn our current beta into the leading global platform for sustainable travel.

  • Think strategically by setting future product visions and the road map.

  • Operationalizing our vision through cross-functional and strategic decisions, recruiting an experienced team, and developing processes needed to run the product & tech development efficiently.

  • Represent product management at the executive level.

  • Empower and educate the team to work effectively and get things done.

  • Grow our existing user, rating & b2b customer base and maintain their satisfaction using TripDoodler.

  • Full P&L responsibility


Your DNA

  • Passionate about travel in all aspects and believe sustainable travel is the future.

  • 2+ years as product owner, product management or technical project management experience driving a product from inception to market & support.

  • Experience with no code platforms/Low code solutions

  • You are motivated by driving product & tech development with a very strong customer focus.

  • You can translate between the technical details, customer problems, and business impact of the team’s work.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is structured and makes things happen.

  • Able to set the right team, lead, and motivate.

  • Hands-on experience with all disciplines of software product development.

  • Experience in consumer focused travel tech and/or user-rating is an advantage.

We all bootstrap, so expect you to allocate a minimum of 20 hours a week and make the transition to full time over time. You can work remotely or from our co-working space in Copenhagen.
