With a new round of funding and aggressive growth plans, we are now looking for a new colleague in our Ad Sales Team, where you will be working directly with advertisers and agencies across the US market. Responsibilities
As an Advertising Sales Representative in Passendo, you’re hungry – really hungry - to build yourself a lasting career in sales. This role is ideal for anyone looking for a stepping stone into a career in sales. You will align and communicate the Passendo value proposition by actively prospecting outbound leads, overcoming customer objections, and creating early-stage opportunities. As one of our early Advertising Sales Representatives, you will have a unique opportunity to grow as the organization grows, and be a part of shaping our sales process at the same time.
Identify and reach out to potential advertisers & agencies
Working actively towards meeting your monthly quota
Maintaining a high volume of daily communication - via phone, email, and a bunch of other channels - to fuel the sales funnel and Passendo’s growth journey
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the US
Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Forecasting accurately and maintaining pipeline data in CRM
Requirements
You thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and possess a high emotional IQ. You take pride in your ability to listen actively, disarm, and persuade skillfully. You see yourself as a self-starter and problem solver with attention to detail. You have the maturity to drive execution without being pushy.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Fast learner and passion for sales
Native of near-native proficiency in English
Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, communication, negotiation, empathy
Acute self-awareness and desire to grow with our organization - personally and professionally
Keen to learn about tech in general and the possibilities the product provides
A bonus if you have:
Prior sales experience (even better if it's within Digital Advertising)
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus (preferably HubSpot)
