Position Summary:

As our new digital test manager, your role will be key in implementing and testing the product, as well as processing feedback of internal and external stakeholders. You will be a critical element in the daily processes, in close collaboration with product managers, development & customer success, to secure the best user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

• You will take ownership of the entire QA process and take responsibility for the project team on solving the tasks

• You will be in close contact with different departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of potential issues and bugs related to the product

• You will provide a great contribution to the further professionalization of testing and QA methods in an agile environment

• You will ensure that design and front-end interact with the back-end

Qualifications:

• You don’t necessarily know how to code, but you are technical enough to talk to developers.

• You are a great communicator and enjoy working in close communication with people from different backgrounds

• You are detail oriented and will be able to pick up on anything that’s out of place in the product

• You know or have a willingness to learn about all aspects of manual and automated testing disciplines

• You know or have a willingness to learn about writing acceptance criteria and tests as well as system documentation

• You speak and write English effortlessly, enabling you to join an international organization
