Integrify is a fast-growing EdTech company and modern coding school. Our mission is to empower people with technology and help them kickstart their dream careers in tech. We are operating in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands with an aim to become the #1 Coding Bootcamp in Europe. 

To support our core mission we have three ongoing initiatives that aim to help Finland to become a more diverse society. One of the initiatives is for Finnish companies to recruit international talent and increase inclusion at the workplace. The second initiative is to help entrepreneurs to adapt to change and improve their well-being. Finally, the third initiative is aimed at supporting international talent to acquire new digital work-life skills. As you can see, together these initiatives form an exciting package for a more international Finland. 

Now we are looking for an Event & Community Coordinator to ensure that our initiatives are running smoothly and meeting their goals. 

Your main responsibilities

• Organize and manage both online and in-person events (talks, training, workshops, networking events) related to initiatives from start to finish

• Create content, training materials, and presentations for the events 

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops

• Encourage Finnish tech companies to take part in the initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaign ideas that highlight the message of our initiatives

• Assist in writing a Diversity Handbook for Finnish tech companies

• Coordinate other initiative deliverables such as mentoring program and digital skills video shoot

What makes you the right person for the role?

• You have previous experience in event management, project management, content creation or marketing

• You’re fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communications skills, and some experience with creating content. Finnish language skills are a plus

• You’ve strong organizational skills, attention to detail, bias towards actions, and great interpersonal skills
