As the new Sales Development Manager for the Nordics, you will lead our continued nordic expansion. You will build a region-based growth strategy upon an existing comfortable leadership market position in the Nordics. You will execute a country-specific sales strategy together with an experienced and committed Sales and Marketing Team.
We are a tier 1 scale-up in the Nordics, serving the largest and most well-known organisations within the private and public sectors. We have reached a market leadership position while being bootstrapped, and we have had hyper-growth over the last few years. The team consists of 40 dedicated and motivated colleagues in Denmark and abroad.
This will be your responsibilities:
Establish our presence in the minds of our future customers
Be the representative of our brand
Develop and execute country or region-specific sales development and engagement strategies
Contact and engage prospects through growth and awareness initiatives such as Linkedin, phone, and emails
Use your creative mindset to carefully craft strategies that will bring us to the prospect's mind in collaboration with the Marketing Team
Own a sub-branch of the comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that mixes "Inbound" and "Predictable Revenue" SaaS sales methodologies
