We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account manager to work closely with the biggest players in the eCommerce- and retail industry. Help us get more customers like LEGO Wear, Søstrene Grene, Bestseller, Intersport, JYSK, and alike - outside Scandinavia.
Confect is the leading player within Dynamic Content for eCommerce companies, and we need YOU to help more companies adopt dynamic content 👀👀
You’ll join a young, international, and fast-growing startup with its heart in marketing. We are growing like crazy, and need people to help us onboard all the interested companies and marketers.
About the Role:
You will become part of the Business Development Organization with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and client portfolios within the eCommerce industry.
A lot of international companies are each day requesting free trials and onboarding calls, and you will be the one helping them to succeed in their free trial.
In other words: There are no cold calling or boring qualifications in this job, just sales at its best: Helping people booking demos to succeed inside Confect (and thereby become customers) in their 30-day free trial.
This includes keeping track of and accelerating three stages of our funnel:
Helping the companies that requested a free trial but haven't started using Confect yet get started NOW
Helping the companies on free trial succeed in their 30 day free trial
Helping the companies decide at the end of their trial whether they should keep using Confect or not
So to sum up your sales job, you need to get people started on their free trial, making sure they succeed in the free trial and make sure they decide to keep using Confect after their free trial.
An important skill is a technical mindset and understanding. You need to be able to understand the technical aspects of product feeds and dynamic product ads, together with presenting the results our clients make inside Confect.
What You’ll Do:
Move your companies/ deals forward in our deal pipeline and be 100% responsible for your deals
Become an expert on all Confect products so you can help our customers succeed in their free trial
Help understand our customer's situations and what their next steps would be to succeed with Dynamic Content
About You:
At least one year of experience in a sales environment (SaaS preferred)
You love helping people and companies succeed. You have at least a basic understanding of marketing.
A good portion of tech-savviness to how the digital advertising and platforms like Facebook work
Strong analytical and trending skills, with quantitative/qualitative research experience
You are a team player who values collaboration
Strong communication and presentation skills
Speak fluently English (no need to understand danish)
