Customer Implementation & Client Manager
Goalplan is a Stockholm based start-up, soon to be a scale-up. We have users across the globe, in 10 countries on four continents. And we are facing a global customer expansion; hence we need to scale up our integration and client management capabilities and strengthen our team with a Customer Implementation and Client Manager.
We are looking for someone passionate about customers, business growth, project management, and client implementations. We value technical know-how; UX, software development, SaaS, business systems, cloud, APIs, and integrations. But being customer and business-oriented is more important. And if you love account management and account growth, it's even better. You must be prepared to manage both internal resources and our customers. This is a customer-facing assignment. We expect you to have an entrepreneurial spirit!
As Customer Implementation and Client Manager, you are responsible for customer implementation projects and ensuring that Goalplan's customer integration capabilities and processes are continuously improved. You are also responsible for establishing long-term relationships with our customers, understanding their corporate and business objectives, and leading them to leverage technology fully to achieve their goals. Also to head the Customer Support function and handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

We love data, digital transformation, mobile applications, software, sales, and customer development. Resources are scarce, but the possibilities are endless. Initiate, plan and carry out customer implementation projects and onboarding of customers
Pre-sales product demonstrations and aid in scoping projects working with Sales, Product, and Tech.
Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for Goalplan's customer integration capabilities and processes.
Customer relationship management
Establish long term relationships with our customers
Encourage products usage and adoption
Support customers in achieving value
Head Customer Support function and handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Optimize existing onboarding processes to improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and decrease churn

You have worked in an early-stage, product-centric, B2B SaaS company
Have an eye for UX and have been implementing customer solutions
Experience with APIs, systems integrations, software development, business systems, mobile applications
You master project management, and agile methodologies
You are likeable and are good at building long term relationships with stakeholders and customers
You are fluent in English. Swedish, Spanish and Portuguese are very much appreciated
Flexible working hours as we operate in different time zones
Primary location is Stockholm
You MUST have working permit in Sweden
You report to the CEO. Fluent English and Swedish is required. Portuguese and/or Spanish is much appreciated.
