As a Brand Designer, you will facilitate building the biggest global discovery network in the music industry and connecting creators/artists with fans through a world-class user experience and a distinctive brand. We are looking for a Brand Designer who is a champion at design thinking, a Figma/Adobe master, a Notion advocate, thinks big but can manage all types of brand design challenges, is detail-oriented, organised, curious, and collaborative.

You will define the Linkfire brand, craft the brand guidelines and create branded marketing/comms designs, working closely with the Marketing and Comms teams. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled, self-driven, and used to working collaboratively. Brand Designers at Linkfire are given a lot of autonomy and trust to shape and create brand solutions in close collaboration with the Marketing and Comms teams. In this role you'll report to the Head of Design.


What you'll be doing

  • Lead brand design at Linkfire and raise the bar. Work with Marketing and Comms teams and your fellow designers to set the direction for our brand. Contribute to a positive, productive, and passionate design culture.

  • Explore. Know when to quickly explore many rough concepts, illustrations, sketches, and when to zero in on impactful approaches.

  • Be a brand advocate and build brand awareness through world-class and distinctively branded designs. Create designs for the website, campaigns, ads, merch, social, events, onboarding, employee engagement and more.


Who you are

  • You're an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively tell the narrative behind your design work and to engage your stakeholders.

  • You're creative but efficient with your time and energy. Your brand instincts and sense for aesthetics are excellent, but you still always strive to define the purpose of the assets and spend time on the design work that will create the most impact.

  • You have a passion for complex problem-solving and can turn insights into concepts, and concepts into awesome designs and experiences.

  • You are a natural leader. You take initiative and you take responsibility, meaning you are a self-starter that makes things happen, and you are result and solutions oriented.

  • You collaborate well with others within your own team and across teams and you support others to reach team goals.


We'll be excited if you

  • Have experience in the music industry or a passion for music

  • Have a soft spot for illustration, motion and transitional interfaces

  • Are a TikTok content creator

  • Are actively involved in the design community
