About the position
Hococo is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advocate and strategic partner to our deeply valued customers. We’re looking for a person who wants to nurture and lead our customers to success on their journey towards customer centric excellence in Real Estate.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working closely with different stakeholders in our customers organisations ranging from c-levels to operations in the field. Our customers are amongst the most innovative and forward thinking Real Estate Developers/Operaters and Asset Managers in Europe. You're a world class listener and you have a passion for crunching complex problems, turning them into effective and profitable solutions for our clients - always having global product scalability in mind.
You will have full ownership of your own client portfolio and take on a consultant-type approach in enabling our clients to onboard, adopt and realise the full potential of the hococo platform.
Responsibilities
Establish strong and long lasting relationships with clients.
Continuously help your clients uncover business needs to ensure they are realising the full potential of the hococo platform.
Own the implementation process along with post-implementation activities such as user adaptation, product update meetings and other Success initiatives.
Help clients to learn, adapt and use the hococo platform - from residents to administration & operations.
Sharing best practices, communication materials, templates etc.
Being pro-active: always having a finger on the pulse of your clients.
Understand and analyse data to uncover commercial opportunities.
Actively collaborate with Account Managers and Dev Ops when organising customer meetings to ensure the entire team is aligned to achieve your clients goals
You speak on the behalf of your clients when collaborating with other business functions internally.
You keep records of key customer information to create transparency between customer-facing stakeholders in our HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
2+ years of Customer Success Management experience (or similar customer-facing roles) ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Great communication skills both verbally and in writing.
You speak danish (native) and are fluent in english (professionally).
Experience working, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise short and long term tasks based on urgency, importance, and impact,
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to build professional relationships with people and manage their expectation
Ability to work collaboratively across the company and communicate your thoughts clearly and professionally both verbally as well as in a presentation setting
