What's it all about?

Klar is growing more than 100% every year, and we need your expertise to support this growth. Over the past year, we've begun building a solid structure to support our expansion, and your role in Klar would be to continue and perfect this process.

Klar started in Estonia in 2015, and today we're in more than 5 countries, but it doesn't stop here. We're expanding to new countries every year, and we need your help in this process.

What would be your part of the journey?

We're looking for a solution-oriented person, who knows how to connect different departments to support the overalls goals and strategies of the business. We need a person with high social intelligence and excellent communications skills that allow them to manage many different processes. But most important of all, we need you, who wants to be a part of this international growth venture.

You will be shaping the team, you need to manage the partnerships you create for Klar and to support the operations of each of the countries we're in (and the ones we're expanding to). You will need experience in negotiating terms with new and old partners, vendors, and suppliers.

These are the areas of focus of today, but in the role of Klar's COO, you'll be able to take ownership and shape how you see the business moving forward, in terms of operations.

Areas of focus today:

• Logistics

• Product sourcing

• Terms and conditions for business relations

• Participate in expansion activities

• Optimizing operational procedures

Your tasks will also include setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth (KPIs) for the departments, you're working with, such as:

• Customer satisfaction

• Quality assurance

• Logistics

• HR

These KPIs are needed so that you're able to make data-driven decisions. Our business is based on the data we see, not on the traditions we hear of in the industry. Klar wants to disrupt the home improvement industry, so we need a person on the team who's ready to do just that.

What's in it for you?

Our headquarters are based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from our cozy danish office in Valby, which you will be sharing with a team of 12 cool colleagues. But if you feel like working from our sister offices in Stockholm or Tartu once in a while, you are more than welcome to do that.

Our culture is light and informal and we’re always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. We have a cool social environment with free lunch twice a week, Friday bars, team-building trips twice a year to the HQ, etc.
