We’re looking for a Freelance Technical Recruiter to focus on recruitment for our Engineering and Product hiring activities in Copenhagen. Worksome is in hyper-growth mode and it’s a fantastic time to join us on this journey!

As our new Freelance Tech Recruiter, you will be supporting Worksome by finding and engaging top Engineering and Product talent from around the world and providing amazing candidate experiences. In this role you will partner closely with our Head of Talent and Engineering leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and help build a strong employment brand. You love to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders - working with people is one of your strengths!

This role is remote and can be based anywhere around Europe or the UK. If you are in Copenhagen, you are welcome to work from our office whenever you like!

About the job

Sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our hiring process

Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and act as talent advisor on market trends, compensation and processes

Focus on Diversity and Inclusion when building pipelines and as part of the entire hiring process

Promote our employment brand through online channels and involvement with external events

Collaborate with Head of Talent to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

About You

Proven experience in full-cycle Tech recruiting, talent sourcing and employment branding

Passionate about people and building relationships

Team player with a curious mindset who is innovative and loves learning

Experience building Engineering and Tech teams at scale

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

Excellent communicator with an interest in knowledge sharing Interested in new business models, platform economy, exponential technologies

You’ll have spent time in start-up environments, growing from a small founding team to bigger geographically-disparate teams.
