Your role
We have been growing steadily since our launch in 2020, and are now looking for a commercial star who can help grow the sales department further.
In the newly established position as Head of Sales, you will play a big role in building the fundament for a sales-heavy, internationally growing organization. You will be working closely together with our Head of Marketing, with whom you will be executing the strategic Growth-initiatives. Adding to this, you will be 'getting your hands dirty' with a lot of sales-work, moving the pipeline of deals in all sizes!
In the Growth-department, you will join an existing Sales-team of 1 full-time AE and 2 part-time SDRs, including our 2 founders Micki and Anders, who are strongly involved with the growth team. This team will grow rapidly in 2022.
What you will be doing
As Head of sales, you can expect responsibilities regarding the overall sales strategy and execution containing:
lead and drive sales activities, including doing Direct sales;
help create a Pleaz-specific sales framework based on SPIN Selling;
help build a structured hand-over to the Customer Success team;
expand the established logics from Account Based-Marketing;
fine-tune and leverage the values and automations of HubSpot;
onboarding of new AEs and SDRs including daily operations of these
We are looking for someone who
excels in B2B sales with long sales cycles;
is result-oriented and thrives on 'meeting metrics'
has participated in the building and scaling of a Sales Organization before;
is fluent in English (spoken and written)
