Simplyture is the leading software solution provider for the parking market, and we are looking for a Head of Operations to spearhead our global Operations!

Simplyture is a well-funded and ambitious scale-up with a unique team and an intelligent solution that will challenge, change and revolutionize the traditional mobility and parking industry. We are in the midst of an international market expansion of our digital software platform that brings parking, mobile apps, data, and marketing together. We are already in DK, SE, FI, NO, and the UK, and we are on our way into several other markets. Our solution is especially suitable for shopping centers, airports, hotels, and hospitals, where complexity is high and the need for an effortless customer journey is paramount.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic operations manager, who will manage Simplyture’s operations team in new international projects, customer management, and process optimization. A structured and hands-on approach is key in achieving our ambitious goals.

You will manage a team of project managers and support specialists, currently residing in Copenhagen. You will be in charge of branching out operations to our other markets. 

You will refer directly to our CEO and you will also have contact points with development, operations, finance, and marketing in our head office in Copenhagen.

Job responsibility

• Integral part of the management team, co-defining the strategic direction on a group level

• Managing the Operations department and ensuring strategic alignment

• Inspire and motivate your team

• Prepare, execute and follow up on new international projects as a project manager

• Handle strategic communication with customers and oversee support efforts

• Responsible for process optimization that helps scale and streamline operations

• P&L responsibility for all projects, maximizing profitability and upselling

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

• Relevant higher education and accreditations

• Experience from the tech industry working with complex solutions

• Project and P&L management experience

• Proven management experience is preferred

• Fluent in English, fluent in either Danish or Swedish – Finnish is a plus

• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and winning mindset

• Good presentation and communication skills

• As a person, you are result-oriented and highly efficient, and you prioritize and execute tasks as they come - “getting shit done”

• You excel in stakeholder management by handling complex situations with both customers, partners, and colleagues
