We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would help us to recruit new volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be in charge of the whole recruitment cycle. You will help us to implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience and to find and recruit the right talents for our team.

• Creating job descriptions and advertising on suitable platforms.

• Searching for potential candidates.

• Selecting and screening of candidates.

• Handling the entire communication with applicants.

• Organizing and conducting interviews.

• Improving and developing the recruitment process.

  
  

Whom We Are Looking For

• You are curious, eager for knowledge, and want to learn more in the HR field.

• You are a student or graduate in the field of HR, Business Administration, or similar.

• You are driven and results-orientated with a sense for details.

• You are a team player but can also work independently. 

• You have experience or are not intimidated by conducting interviews.

• You want to try out your ideas and work on improving the organization's processes.

• Furthermore, you are motivated, determined, direct, eloquent, creative, spontaneous, open-minded, and persistent.
