Your role
We love working closely with our customers and creating a world-class experience–this is where you come into the picture. As a Customer Success Manager at Pleaz, you will work as an external consultant for our customers. Your job will be: to help implement Pleaz by building implementation plans in collaboration with the customers' 'project lead' and supporting the weekly execution. In addition, you will work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to develop relevant initiatives and adjustments to our product that help all of our customers to encourage wellbeing at work.
You will become part of a Customer Success team consisting of 3-4 consultants. Like the rest of the organization, the CS team is in rapid growth. Therefore, if you are proactive and ready to take on responsibilities, the role as our next CSM is a great opportunity for you to develop and influence how Customer Success in Pleaz will evolve.
As a Customer Success Manager at Pleaz, no days are alike. Therefore, you need to thrive in a changing environment. You will be responsible for a portfolio of approx. 10-20 customers, depending on the size of the organization and the project. You will of course get full support from the rest of the Pleaz Team. Your main tasks will be helping your customers with the next step of their implementation plan and sharing your experiences internally to help the rest of the Customer Success team at Pleaz move forward.
What you would do:
Plan the implementation of Pleaz with your customers;
Support your customers with needed material i.e. drafts for emails, articles for internal channels, LinkedIn-post and posters;
Help plan competitions, campaigns, events to support your customers' health initiatives to make Pleaz part of their overall wellbeing programme;
Share relevant news, updates and initiatives from Pleaz to engage your customers;
Ad-hoc tasks to empower your customers to encourage wellbeing at work.
We are looking for someone who is:
a natural relationship builder;
a structured project manager;
independent and can execute initiatives in collaboration with customers;
fluent in English and Danish (spoken and written);
pays attention to details;
service-minded and always goes the extra mile to pleaz our customers.
It is a bonus if you have experience with:
using Canva, if you don't, you will learn! But we hope you like being a little creative;
editing WordPress pages with Elementor–we don't need you to be an expert;
event planning/coordination or being a tutor/instructor;
working in a fast-paced environment–like a startup.
You don't need to have previous experience with Customer Success. However, you must be proactive and think that it's fun to perform and speak in front of other people as you will need to host events like introduction webinars for customers and their employees.
Does this sound like you?
