Bower is looking for talented UX designers to join us and help us grow.
As a UX designer at Bower, you will be involved in all stages of the product development process, and mainly focus on the user's perspective. From brainstorming business challenges and concepts, to following up with users and our mobile testers. You'll also work closely with our engineering and support team.
Since we're a small product team you'll get a lot of responsibility but also a lot of freedom to shape your role. We want driven people that can help us push the boundaries and come with fresh ideas.
Who we're looking for
3+ years experience in working with UX for consumer facing apps.
You have great experience in preparing and facilitating user research and user testing.
You can build early stage prototypes and flows for testing.
You're eager to take responsibility for the quality of the app's user experience, even after a new feature/project is finished. You can follow up on projects and deliver insights on where we can improve.
You're prepared for trade-offs to ensure that the right product goes to market.
You have a tight dialogue with the support team and take responsibility to do user research and tests based on user feedback.
You are a team player and enjoy working with the others in the product team - engineers, designers and product owners.
You enjoy presenting your ideas early and often, and are used to receiving and giving feedback.
You are familiar and know how to use Figma.
You are already located in Stockholm.
