Neurons is a company that predicts human behaviour. Based on our deep expertise in neuroscience, we build predictive AI solutions that are available through an online panel. We have the luxury of working with a variety of clients around the globe, from the dominant players in each industry, too SMVs in that same space.

We are currently on a growth journey to build these neuro AI platform solutions. For this, we are looking for a new Account Manager, you will be a proactive self-starter who understands business in general. You will go far with strong interpersonal skills -empathy, emotional intelligence, verbal skills and flexibility. Would you like to work in an expanding international team?


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Neurons' leadership on formulating and executing our strategy

  • Lead and manage select client relationships as primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines, and assign resources.

  • Ability to manage projects and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.

  • Provide strategies and recommendations to tailor delivery to meet business objectives.

  • Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the entire project

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project requirements according to the project scope.

  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to create and edit project documents and materials.

  • Develop and regularly monitor KPIs and strategize for maximum results and ROI.


Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an account manager, client service manager, or in a similar role.

  • Extensive experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Previous experience working with clients in a confident and friendly manner.

  • Time management, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
